All products are independently selected by our editors. If you buy something, we may earn an affiliate commission.

If you think falsies aren’t for you, the best lash clusters are here to change your mind. These blinkable bundles are more subtle than traditional full-strip lashes, all while adding the just-right touch of flirty flare. Designed with fewer lash strands, they’re typically applied to the outer corners of the eyes, creating a soft, fanned-out look that balances full glam and au naturel. Still, they’re buildable so you can customize your flutter to your heart’s content. You’ll find welcome variations between brands—lifespan, shape, material, and beyond. So grab a pack, wash your hands, and open your eyes to the best lash clusters the web has to offer.

Velour Lashes

Amazon

Revolve

Why we love it: The natural-looking lashes in the Velour Lash Velour-Xtensions Self-Stick Lash Kit tuck neatly beneath your real lashes for a seamless, fluttery finish. Build your look your way—apply one or two clusters for a subtle, "born-this-way" vibe, or go for three for a touch more drama. Each pack includes 12 clusters in three customizable lengths—four short, four medium, and four long—allowing you to mix, match, and layer. Customizable, flirty, and mess-free? Yes, please.

Sweed

Revolve

Why we love it: It’s all in the name—Sweed’s Medium No Lash Cluster Duo keeps things super duper subtle. These lightweight clusters feature a wide base, making them easier to grip and plant (hi, beginners). Dab a bit of glue on your hand, dip the base of the lash into the glue, wait a few seconds for it to get tacky, and then use tweezers to nestle them into your lash line. The result is a fluttery finish that says “your lashes, but better.” They're available in four lengths—6, 8, 10, or 12 millimeters.

Ardell

Ulta Beauty

Why we love it: The pre-glued, one-step application of Ardell’s Winks Press On Underlash Extensions Galore Natural is only a fraction of the magic. The uneven lengths in each cluster create a natural-looking, feathery flutter, while applying under the lash line ensures the adhesive bands stay nice and invisible. Each pack includes 30 clusters in three lengths—10, 12, and 14 millimeters—giving you the freedom to mix and match as you please. Plus, the kit comes with a clamping applicator to make the whole process a total breeze. For more Ardell, you can also opt for the brand’s Best of Beauty-winning Seamless Underlash Extensions.

Kiss

Walmart

Ulta Beauty

Why we love it: D-eye-Y much? Kiss’s Falscara Lash Clusters Starter Kit is the bundle to end all bundles. It features 36 re-wearable clusters that last up to 24 hours—or, with the Overnighter glue, up to 14 days (cue the jaw drop). The kit includes the brand’s Lash Adhesive and Sealer, a glue remover, the natural lash–prepping Bond & Seal (infused with rose oil), and tweezers for precise placement. TL;DR? This kit has everything you need for dreamy, long-lasting lashes.

Lashify

Amazon

Lashify

Why we love it: Thanks to Lashify’s Stardust Black Gossamer Lash Collection, clusters just got glam. Made of 100% Korean PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) silk, each multi-length bushel contains 64 delicate fibers, with 12 clusters per cartridge, shoppable in lengths up to 22 millimeters. While it might be tempting to use your regular tweezers, the brand recommends their Fuse Control Wand for easy, ergonomic clamping. Bonus: These lashes are especially flattering on round, almond, monolid, and downturned eyes. For a softer touch, these lashes also come in brown.

Material: faux silk | Reusable: single-use, 10-day wear

Glamnetic

Ulta Beauty

Nordstrom

Why we love it: You may know Glamnetic for its iconic press-on nails, but we mustn’t forget it’s a trailblazer in the game. This kit features three clusters per eye, which you can wear together for a full-fan effect or individually for a more low-key vibe. You’ll get two styles—one set in the short, wispy Virgo, and another in its round-shaped counterpart, XOXO. We love the pink, dual-ended tweezer/lash brush that comes along with the clusters. And according to New York City-based makeup artist Meghan Nguy, a bit of combing goes a long way. "If you've applied a little mascara to your lashes while you had your false lashes on, I like to use a clean spoolie dipped in micellar water and slowly comb the lashes out. Micellar water will help break down the mascara, ensuring every last bit of it is removed from your falsies," she told Allure.

MAC

Nordstrom

Why we love it: Ok, so get this: MAC’s 81 Charmer False Lashes boast all the natural beauty of clusters but are united by a single band to make application extra easy. These are ideal for people who want the subtlety of buildable clusters but aren’t necessarily patient. They don’t come with tweezers or glue, so grab a tube of MAC’s Duo Lash Adhesive before you head to checkout.

Material: synthetic hair | Reusable: yes, uses unspecified

Pro Lash

Nordstrom

Why we love it: Complete with three sets of lashes (12 separate clusters total), Pro Lash’s Volume Luxe XL No. 12 False Lashes offer up to 10 days of wear per set—meaning you’re getting your money's worth, and then some. These falsies are soft and comfortable, striking the perfect balance between bold and understated—the ideal mix of drama and demure. This pack doesn’t come with glue or tweezers, but if you want to drop a few more bucks, you can get the complete set, which just so happened to win a 2023 Best of Beauty Award.

"Lash clusters are, honestly, at the end of the day, just more comfortable than a full strip lash," says New York City-based makeup artist Kasey Spickard. "Because they're individually placed, there's no tugging or pulling on the eyelid or lashes, and so for longwear, lash clusters are just much more wearable than a traditional strip." If you've been steering clear of falsies due to fear of discomfort, lash clusters might be your perfect match.

Spickard also likes their durability and customizability. "Lash clusters blend into the natural lashes much more seamlessly than a strip lash. Because you can place the clusters right into the lash line, they blend right in and can be almost completely undetectable." Plus, their versatility makes them a standout. "I love the flexibility you have with lash clusters. You can customize your own lash to your taste—from super natural to super dramatic, wispy, spiky, or whatever you want because you're building your own lash."

No matter the type of lashes you opt for, there’s a right way to apply them. And if you’re feeling daunted by the process, you’re certainly not alone. Thankfully, Joanna Simkin, a Los Angeles-based makeup artist, guided us through her falsie application steps. Read on for her words of wisdom.

Get everything lined up and ready to go—falsies, tweezers, eyeliner, glue, mirror, etc.

Measure the falsies against your actual eyelid and figure out where to trim off the excess.

Line the inside of the falsie with not-too-much-not-too-little glue and let it rest for about 30 seconds or until it feels tacky. Pro tip: Bend your lashes to make the ends touch, so they have fewer chances of lifting.

Place your mirror under your face at a perpendicular angle before looking down, allowing peak clarity for observing your eyelid and helping you to place the strip more easily and comfortably.

Once the falsies are on, Simkin recommends applying liquid eyeliner (only where you need to!) to camouflage and blend the falsie bands into your lash line.

Before reviewing any makeup, we ask questions about a number of factors: What ingredients are in it? Does the brand offer a wide shade range inclusive of consumers with all skin tones and undertones? Is it safe for readers who have sensitive skin or wear contact lenses? Is it on the affordable side or more of a splurge? Is its packaging consciously designed or needlessly wasteful?

For our review of the best cluster lashes, we enlisted the help of multiple editors, writers, contributors, and makeup artists to review the products. This ensures our testing base spans different skin tones, genders, and dermatological conditions. We considered each product's performance across four primary categories: ingredients, wear and longevity, packaging, and inclusivity. For more on what's involved in our reporting, check out our complete reviews process and methodology page.

A beauty product is a personal purchase. You might be searching for a face cream to address persistent dryness or a new nail product to add to your Sunday self-care routine; you may simply be browsing around for the latest launches to hit the hair market. No matter what you seek or your individual needs and concerns, Allure wants to ensure that you love anything we recommend in our stories. We believe that having a diverse team of writers and editors—in addition to the wide range of outside testers and industry experts we regularly call upon—is essential to reaching that goal.

After all, can we really say a skin-care product is the "best" for people over 50 if the only testers we've solicited opinions from folks who have yet to hit 30? Can we honestly deem a high-end diffuser worthy of your hard-earned cash if it's never been tested on curls? We're proud that our staff spans a wide range of ages, skin tones, hair textures, genders, and backgrounds, which means that we are able to fairly assess any beauty product that comes into the beauty closet.
