If you purchased false eyelashes made with mink fur from Lilly Lashes labeled as "Cruelty Free" between June 7, 2018, and February 28, 2025, you may be eligible to claim up to $10 per unit from a class action settlement.

Lilly Lashes, LLC has agreed to pay $500,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for allegedly falsely advertising mink fur eyelashes as "Cruelty Free." The lawsuit, titled _Woodard v. Lilly Lashes, LLC_, was filed in 2022 in the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County.

The final hearing is scheduled for July 29, 2025. Payments to class members with valid claims will be issued after the judge grants final approval and any appeals are resolved.

The class action lawsuit alleges that Lilly Lashes falsely advertised their mink fur eyelashes as "Cruelty Free." The plaintiff claims this labeling misled consumers. Lilly Lashes denies any wrongdoing, but has agreed to settle to avoid extensive litigation costs and the possibility of a trial.
