Israeli National Security Minister Lashes Out At Bella Hadid

Israel's far-right national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir slammed model Bella Hadid after she shared a viral video of him . In the video, Ben-Gvir stated that his right to movement "is more important than freedom of movement for the Arabs". Hadid shared the clip online to her nearly 60 million Instagram followers. "In no place, no time, especially in 2023 should one life be more valuable than another's. Especially simply because of their ethnicity, culture or pure hatred" Bella Hadid. Bella Hadid whose father is Palestinian has long been an advocate for the rights of Palestinians. Ben-Gvir took to X, to lash out at Hadid, calling her an "Israeli hater", and saying that he stands by his statement. Ben-Gvir has previously been convicted of inciting racism and supporting a terrorist organization, the Kach party.
